We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s background in transportation and logistics, telecommunications, financial services and professional services, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business. Given the operational experience of our management team, we also intend to focus geographically by pursuing opportunities located in the Heartland, which we describe as the region bounded by the Rockies to the west, the eastern seaboard to the east, the Rust Belt to the north, and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. While we are not required to, we will seek to acquire a single business with an aggregate enterprise value of $600 million or greater. Our team is led by Franklin McLarty, our Executive Chairman; Jim Wilkinson, our Vice Chairman; Beau Blair, our CEO; and Brent Whittington, our CFO (the “Founders”). The management team have known each other, have been associated with the McLarty ecosystem of businesses and relationships or have worked together in various capacities for decades.
